Jacqueline Kerns

Jacqueline Kerns is a member of the Alternative Investments team for the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer. She covers due diligence and stewardship for venture capital, buyout, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure strategies. Prior to joining the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer, Jacqueline worked at Green Cow Venture Capital, an early-stage venture fund that focused on investing in diverse teams, recession resilient businesses, and deep technology. She earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in Global History from Northwestern University.
